Needs to be out of this game
 

Having to read every email before you can sim a day NEEDS to be out of this game immediately. Its is such a waste of time having to go click every email or go and click delete or read emails every day. I know its a small thing in the game but to do it every day when you want to do a few seasons a day is soooooooo annoying!!!

There are a few options on the Manager Options screen that can avoid the interruptions and/or cut down the number of emails you need to read - Do Not Disturb will shut them down entirely, the Exit Auto-Play options can selectively turn off what interrupts the game, and the edit button on the News Subscription Settings will let you turn off some categories of news emails.

There's also the delete all and mark all as read buttons

I was just going to post this. I have DND on and it's still stopping every few seconds to offer me jobs. Why doesn't it work like OOTP where I can just sim seasons quickly?

Sounds like the Exit Auto-Play option to exit whenever you receive a personal message is still on. It's in the bottom-right corner of the Manager Options screen, switch that to off and you won't get any more of those.
