Option to Disable FA signings
 

I am updating rosters based in teal life transactions, and it be extremely helpful to have the option to disable FA signings like we can disable trades.

And it would be great to be able to override injuries as well as place players on DL based on real life injury status.

These seemingly simple options would dramatically improve my experience of this project.
