Online League Team Logged in As Team A Exporting as Team B
 

*By the way I did read that you ignore posts that do not include a link to the league file, but the link you all provided with instructions on how to do that is dead, so I currently cannot do so. As soon as I can learn how to do that I can post.


Hi, as the title says.

I am commish in an online league. A team, lets call them "Team A" exported yesterday. We use statsplus and slack notifications. "Team B" reaches out to me and says that they just got a notification that they exported but are not at home.

I check the export tracker and the IPs and see that this came from "Team A"'s IP.

I reached out to "Team A" and they claim they were exporting from their own login, not "Team B"s.

Now obviously this starts getting people to wonder if there was foul play. However, "Team A" stands firm that he is speaking the truth and films a video of him exporting definitely as "Team A" again and yet the export tracker shows "Team B" again. "Team B" is able to export just fine as "Team B".

I was able to pull the file and confirmed that it wasn't an export tracker error. "Team A"s exports were really creating a "Team B" file, but with no changes. "Team B" confirmed this.

"Team A" downloaded a brand new file from the league home page and a new settings folder and was able to export just fine with none of this happening. But when he went back into the original file that was causing this issue the problem persisted.

Any clue?????
