10th Season BML looking for owners
 

The BML is looking for 4 owners as we embark on our 10th season.

This league is better then your average league. We have prided ourselves on enthusiasm for the league, which was evident with the amount of activity for much of the leagues run.

Last year, activity dropped at a alarming rate. We took some time off, we put together a group of GM's to help the commish, and we re-established what was expected from members of the league.

What's expected is for each GM to remain present and accounted for. What that means, is we expect you to WANT to be active, and for people to know who you are. There are no writing requirements, no articles you must provide. You provide what you want to, but if you disappear for 4 months, and become a export only guy, that won't work and this league isn't for you.

Like I said, the core GM group is fantastic. We have a resident insider BusterO, who will dish on rumors, provide inside info. We have guys who work on the site, graphics. It's a great league.

I want to point out that being new to OOTP online leagues is not a big deal. A good number of our GM's started out in this league and learned a great deal.

Being new is not a problem, infact, I would encourage people who are new to check us out. The best way to learn, is to be active, ask questions, and be involved!

Both teams have some very nice young talent, but SF is currently dominating the NL.

The Twins look to need some more TLC before they are contenders, but they have pieces.

The KC Royals have opened up.

They are one of the most talented teams in the league, and are built to compete for titles. IF your interested, please read the 1st post. We are looking for active, interested owners. So it turns out that the owner I recruited for the Royals was the worst owner I've ever seen.

This guy posted once, exported once, never answered PM's, but visited the forums 2-3 times a day. I've never encountered someone like this. He's cut.

Despite this guys incompetence, the Royals won 98 games, and played in the wild card game.

We are currently in the playoffs, so now would be the perfect time to join. The offseason is right around the corner. There's a lot of talent in KC. You can do a lot with what they got.

Hi there
I wanna join.
I got absolutely no experience in any ootp online leagues. I usually play it by myself and Im not experienced that too :)
But I played other text based sims and fantasy sports for years already and Im always competive and hardworking for the game and the community.
My english isnt the best, but to improve it its a part of the game too.
I dont care much about the open teams, your choice will be mine. Yanks as bighouse, mets as rival or bucs as underdogs will work fine.
So I hope to hear from you if you choose me ;)
