hello,

When having a fictional league, and one sets a 'foreign' limit..

Is the limit by team's country or by the league's country?

thanks, me too, it is preseason, so the rosters are whacked at the moment ... but seems to me that it seems to be the case

Actually, after further review ... doesn't seem to work at all in the game ... rosters are not at all seeming to work (forwarded to day1 of the season) some teams are 7 players over the limit in the listing ... but definitely not working ...

What is the KHL rule on foreign players? any?

KHL rules for foreigners are complicated. They differ if the team is based in Russia or in a foreign country
