If I put myself into Commisioner mode before the expansion draft takes place in say 1962 will I be able to make the picks for both the Mets and Astros or will I have to only pick one of the teams?

I want to say yes, that being said. I always put myself as act as for one of the teams and do the picks myself. i do this for my EBL vs MLB dynasty league so the AI does not pick players that I want to stay with their current team. I have a expansion draft coming up each of the next 2 seasons.
