The +, +OL, and (OL) explained
 

We use them to make it easy to see the teams in Our League. Our League began as the brainchild of Bottom Of The Sixth in PT 19. It ambled along with with five core members, mainly in silver, before really taking hold in PT 2.0. We are up to 37 teams with, hopefully, more to come.
I've attached the basic outline to this post. I would suggest reading through the thread "Looking for friends...." to find out where it's been, is going, and more. It's easy to spot, just look for the thread with the most posts and most views.
