Based on other posts I have seen, I believe they review auction transactions that fall outside the norms. A card selling for 10x normal would certainly fall into this.

Could be a typo. One time, I wondered why I couldn't get 1,900 for Jon Matlack...I probably could have, but I sure could't get 19,000! Ooops.
