Can you get fired?
 

I wasn't sure if it was possible to get fired in iOOTP. I assume it is, but it wasn't relevant to me until my season has gone off the tracks.

My 2011 Brewers, with a few improvements, had been limping along a few games over .500 until June, where we went 6-22, followed by a 3-16 July so far to put me at 39-59. Ouch.

My team "has no real weaknesses" but it's been a trainwreck and time to start rebuilding for next year. I play out every game (I know...I've played almost 100 so far...) so if I'm going to get fired I might just save the time and start over.

At the moment you can not get fired. You can change your team if you want.
