Markus you are a genius. I only wish there were four more of you. One for hockey, basketball, American football and I could add soccer though football manager is a darn fine game and hard to beat. Anyway kudos to you. I really enjoy what you provide. Keep up the good work. ;);)

Out of the Park Baseball is easily, easily the best video game that I have ever played as measured by the amount of time that I have spent on it over the years. Not just the best sports simulation but the best video game for me, period.

Oh, there are others that have caught my attention, of course, and I have spent substantial amounts of time with them as well. Nothing like OOTPB, though. The other rule of thumb that I can apply is the amount of times that I have put OOTPB down for a while, gone elsewhere, and always returned.

Frankly, OOTPB and OOTPD have spoiled me with the quality of their product, the promptness and diligence with which they maintain their product, and their connection with and interaction with their community. I am spoiled to the point where I somewhat foolishly expect the same elsewhere and complain when it does not happen.

The response that I often get in those other places is "What do you expect?" THIS HERE is what I expect.
