Receiving message/minor league injury notifications in-game

I didn't post this in Bug Reports because I'm not sure if it's a bug or by design...

When playing out a game, I've been getting injury notifications for my minor league teams mid-game. And on top of that, I just got a "personal message" notification in-game (probably from suspensions due to a brawl that had just happened).

Has anyone else seen this?

Not a bug, go to your manger News and Messages and select/deselect which types of mail you wish to receive.

Please send a picture of the messages that you have set in your setting and that may answer the question on if it is a bug or not depending on that setting.
