NOTE: This league offers cash prizes for the Owner of the Year and World Series Champion. We do NOT charge an entry fee.

Good afternoon everyone, I am currently the commish of the Federal Baseball League (FBL - https://statsplus.net/fsl/home/) and we are a modern-day league that began with a fantasy draft on OOTP 19. Some features of the league are:

• Reduced minor league teams to AAA, AA, A, A- and Rookie League for simplicity to manage.
• Complete control of your franchise from day 1 where we all start on a level playing field.
• League financials that will mirror real-life markets.
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday sim schedule for maximum team management.
• Scouts will be on, coaches off with a 20-80 rating scale.
• Scouting accuracy will be very high.
• A cash prize will be awarded to the World Series winner and the top, non-playoff participant based on a point system that awards activity, sportsmanship, and export activity. We are free to join.
• The use of Stats Plus and communication with Slack (everything will be completed in Slack).
• And much more!

Miami is a major work in progress. Thankfully we allow new owners to void a contract free of charge. Doing that will put this team in a nice position financially. They also own the #3 pick in the upcoming amateur draft that tends to be very top end heavy. With as active as this league is, if you are patient with a bit of a rebuild, we sim at a decent pace to allow teams to adequately complete their rebuild relatively quickly. Ultimately, we are a great community that enjoys playing the game.

We are currently full at the moment.

The draft was completed in record time...over 150 rounds in less than two weeks. We are now set for opening day tomorrow night via live sim. We did have an owner drop and it was the owner of the Atlanta Braves.

Chicago Cubs (6-4)
Th Cubs are led by Gerrit Cole and some other solid young starters. Offensively Freddie Freeman, Jonathan Schoop, and AJ Pollock lead the charge. Financially, they are in amazing shape. Their team can be viewed at: https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/36#roster

Los Angels Angels (3-7)
The Angels have an extremely large budget but drafted very fiscally conservative. They are on pace to turn a substantial profit and have room to add pieces. They drafted a number of controllable youth including SS Willi Castro, LF Ronald Acuna, LF Allen Cordoba, and 3B Alex Bregman. Their team can be viewed at: https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/44#roster

Boston Red Sox (5-4)
The Red Sox had a very active owner that drafted well. They are paced by early first round pick SS Francisco Lindor, and other stars such as Yasiel Puig, Joey Votto, Yasmani Grandal, and a talented rotation. Financially they are spending correctly for their market and have room to add at the deadline should they wish. Their team can be viewed at: https://statsplus.net/fsl/team/34#roster

From a minor league standpoint, the three open teams rank like this:
#1 - Los Angeles Angels (#2 overall prospect in Acuna)
#27 - Chicago Cubs (win now focus)
#29 - Boston Red Sox (win now focus)
