getting fired for not winning enough as a rebuilding team
 

i was playing as the canucks and after the 2nd season of trying to tank and rebuild i get fired for not doing a good enough job even tho we are rebuilding.

Just because you are rebuilding even if it's the owner goal doesn't mean he wants to see the team lose every game. It's a delicate balance and you can get fired for it.

you would think he would get my to fire the coach first i could under stand if it was my 3/4th season as the gm and still failing. also does the owner take into consideration of injures because i had a lot of injuries last season

i was just a little confused becuase next season i had 8 nhl ready prospects rdy to go so we were going to do great but meh ill just start a new one and try again
