Is there a way to add fonts? I'd like to see Fenway and some of the Varsity ones, since I use those quite a bit.

This program just reads whatever is in your Windows\Fonts folder. Only Truetype fonts are supported though, so those are filtered out.

I would love to see more alternate jersey options in the game to go along with the home/away.

I second the notion of alternate jerseys. For example:


1) home
2) away
3) throwback
4) Alt home Sunday
5) Alt away Friday

It looks like you are importing from \person_pictures instead of from \profile_pictures.

How to use a Profile Picture

Here's the way I do it.

Create a test league in OOTP with just a few teams. (You can use any league, but I find it easier this way)

In the Ballcap Creator goto "Options" and set the "Save Location" for the ballcap to...

C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\saved_games\Test Game.lg\ballcaps\

Save your Ballcap with one of the test leagues teamnames.

In the Jersey Creator goto "Options" and set the "Save Location" to...

C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\saved_games\Test Game.lg\jerseys\

Also set the "Profile Pic Location" to...

C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 15\saved_games\Test Game.lg\news\html\images\profile_pictures\

Save your Jersey with the same teamname you used for your ballcap.

Open OOTP and load your test league, goto the team "Home Page" you're going to use, goto "Settings", then goto "MODIFY TEAM COLORS, LOGOS AND TEXTURES"

Click "Refresh" to be sure that it loads the latest images, then click "OK".

Open any player profile, click "EDITOR" click "Picture Functions" then select "Auto-reload picture". Repeat until you're happy with the results. Right click to close the profile.

Now you can Import the Profile Picture into the Jersey Creator.

It can become addictive, in a good way.

Started playing around with the creator. I have no issues within the creator itself, but when I try importing to the game it doesn't show up right. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like you may have had your screen settings set to more than 100% when you created the jersey.

How do you get the logo in the profile picture? And your pic sits higher and is a bit more zoomed so you can see the chest logo.

That's a new one. I've seen it stretched before, but not shrunk.

It may be something with your display settings.

justafan, how hard would it to be add a new layer option, something like chest lines? kind of just rectangular sections across the chest, where you could decide how many lines and and how thick they were to be. I'm really just trying to think of a way to re-create the classic Astros unis in the jersey creator.

I don't want to add rarely used elements to this due to keeping it fairly simple.

That said, maybe in a future version I could allow a custom layer to be imported that is created in another graphics program. Hmmm, I like that idea, I'm not sure how well it will work, but I will add it to my list.
