Assign language set
 

Greetings!

This is probably a stupid question, but is it possible to add a language set to a State without having to make it a country?

For example, I want to add a Hawaiian name set for players who come from Hawaii, but keep Hawaii as a State in USA instead of making Hawaii a new country in the database file

I'm not sure, but I don't think that's possible. It would certainly be useful for places like Hawaii and Quebec where there are sizable ethnic populations that differ from the nation's overall ethnic makeup. Maybe that can be added to OOTP20.

Just confirmed it isn't possible.

Oh, well, I guess I'll create Québec and Hawaii as nations and put Canada and USA as second nations with 100% percentage .
