age 18 database

Is there an age 18 database available for download somewhere for either OOTP 19 or OOTP20?

The only custom db I found for download anywhere I tried using, but players were still entering the draft pool mid 20s into their 30s in historical seasons so I don't think that one was an age 18 db.
