Am about to pre-order as I have done for the last 8 years or so. I go to esellerrate and for the first time ever, it charges me VAT. As someone located outside the EU, I didn't think I had to pay this? Before I proceed with this order I just want to confirm that I have to pay this? Is it a new law or something?

So option means the alternative must be a huge upgrade. Heck i'd take sprites over the chess paws. They served their purpose but time to move on.
