Can we still use old elicense to move game to new computer?

Gotta get a new laptop. Is it still possible to transfer TBCB 2.5 to a new computer or has the elicense stopped working? It seems like I read some where that it has stopped. I want to know before I uninstall it on the old computer. Thanks!!

I was able to use the old license and install.
