System out of memory
 

Is there a fix for this yet? Cant go 10 games without the system out of memory shut down. I am running a Alienware I7 i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 16GIGS ram and a SSD HD. I have no problem running games like the Witcher and other high graphical games on this unit. I have been runing the same league though since 2013. Just keep transferring over. Im near my 400th season. Games still loads fast( after I got rid of my face dat ) so im confused on why im crashing so much.
