Question about Random Debut mode
 

Do international players like Ichiro come through the amateur draft or through international free agency? Can I safely turn the international stuff off without missing out on them?

International players are not a part of random debut. That being said, Ichiro will be part of your league. He will debut at the age he made his MLB debut, unless he's part of your leagues inaugural draft, in which case he will be whatever random age OOTP decides. Random debut only concerns itself with Major League Baseball. You can manually create minors, but they aren't needed. Reserve rosters work fine.
