Missing Dominican Rookie League
 

I created a game that started with an inaugural draft. The Cubs usually have three rookie teams. Two of those teams are in the Dominican Rookie league. But the Dominican Rookie league is missing and so are those two teams. Through trades and minor league free agents, I have more than enough rookies to fill up two more rookie league teams.

Is there a way to easily add those two teams to an already existing Rookie league such as the Arizona league?

Is there an easy way to add the Dominican Rookie League and all of their teams?

There's a menu that comes up if I click on create add a historical team, but I have no idea what to do with it, if it is even the right way to accomplish what I'm trying to do.
