Pitcher Warmup
I deactivated warmup in my games because this seems to behave funny. Often times I have pitchers who were in the bullpen 4+ innings and still indicated as "cold". Is this normal?

To warm a pitcher up, you have to drag them to the box under the starting pitcher.
Normally they say "Warming up" as soon as you drag them there, and then "Ready" (usually after around 1/2 inning). If you keep them warming up longer than that, it will say "Tiring". If you are doing that and they are staying cold, yes, that seems odd. |
I have noticed that they "tire" too easily when warming up. You can have them warming up and they will tire after the current pitcher throws to approx. two-three batters.
IRL a pitcher who is warming up but not being put into a game immediatey would back off a little. This is too sensitive of a setting IMO. |
