We have a core group of about 22 owners but we used to be full (we lost guys on the switch to '19) and we're looking to fill up again! Good teams available like the Dodgers, Red Sox and Indians.

I am an experienced GM looking for a league but being picky. I've been playing OOTP for 5 years, and have personally ran the best OOTP league (SBC) for a couple of years myself (had to swap over to a friend as I didn't have the time) so with that in mind I am being picky in looking for a league but if yours fits the bill and has openings let me know

Type - Prefer modern, non fictional leagues
ratings scale - Really almost anything other than 20-80 or 1-100 (never felt comfortable with those)
scouting - Can work with it
Comms - I prefer Slack and am looking for an active league even if it's just guys BS'ing mostly
beyond that I am pretty flexible

Looking for my first OOTP 19 online league. I've been in an online league before, but that was for OOTP 16 and I was quite the novice then. I've been playing solo for the past 4 years or so, though, so I am not new to the game. I just bought OOTP 19 and looking for a league to make things more interesting than solo. Preferably MLB, but I'm pretty much down for any league. Can't commit to long writing assignments or strict daily logins due to schedule but I'll definitely be active.

DEAL BREAKERS:
1) Draft Pick Trading: On

2) Real Teams or at least the ability to name the team and location

3) Will only play the Phillies, Dodgers, Boston, or Yankees

Preferences:
1) Equalized Finances or an extremely even revenue sharing system. I am looking for competition with others not an being a punching bag.
2) Any League Date from 1960 to 2100
3) Fast/Long Sims
4) A league that is restarting or just getting started. If so, a fantasy draft start would be awesome.

I started playing OOTP9 and had several versions since then. I have not played an online league yet but I have looked at a couple to get a better idea of what I want. I joined one that I like and plan to stick with but I wouldn't call it "experience".

I was commissioner of as many as 7 baseball roto leagues from 1991-2005. I also was commissioner for football and basketball but only 1 league each year to keep us busy until baseball started again.
