Error: Could not download file
 

I have used newer versions of OOTP and have never had this problem. But for a league I am in that used OOTP 8, I downloaded the league file and put it in the correct place, opened the game, logged in, but when I click on "Load Online League File" it gives me that error. I have disabled my avast antivirus and Windows firewall to try and get it to work but it still won't. Can anybody please help me?
