1984 Topps
1984 Topps is now available. The vertical team name text means that this will not work with most fictional teams. There's custom artwork for all 26 teams from 1984 as well as the 5 current team names that didn't exist back then: Rays, Diamondbacks, Nationals, Rockies, and Marlins. Rays text will fill in for the Devil Rays, too.
Note, I don't have proper FaceGen's enabled for the sample league. You've outdone yourself, fhomess!
I just wish the text worked with fictional teams. But for my fictional MLB, these are fantastic. |
Looks awesome! Makes me want to start another dynasty with MLB teams.

These are excellent, thanks!
Do you take requests? My favorite set of all-time, except for maybe the Bowman wooden cards of the 50's, is the 1985 Fleer Set. And, as far as I know, no one has ever done it. |
those might be the best cards you've made yet!

I tried making my own custom. Not nearly as good as yours. :(
|
Still pretty good. What font did you use to get the vertical text?
I'm, uh, asking for a friend... |
Can't wait to use these for my modern MLB league! These are incredible fhomess!!!

Never thought of trying to match the existing font. :o |
Terrific job you are the best

The images don't look to difficult. No slanted text issues. The fonts might not be perfect matches as OOTP seems to support less and less. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_yG6okqaH09...ken85fleer.jpghttp://keymancollectibles.com/baseba...ges/wpe162.jpg |
Added artwork for Diamondbacks, Marlins, Nationals, Rays, and Rockies.

These are awesome. Thanks so much!

Thanks! I just love the clean look and at the time, I think, IIRC, they were the first to put minor league stats on the back for everyone. Which, in that day and age, was a reason to collect the cards, because the info was not easily found anywhere else. |
