North African Name Set

I originally made this name set before the 40-cap was lifted, so I combined the countries of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya. I may do separate sets now the cap is lifted, but this one works pretty well for all the countries of the Maghreb, and it has the advantage of being pretty big.
