saw someone running fhm with no titlebar

I saw a screenshot on here before of someone running FHM in windowed mode with the title bar that says (Franchise Hockey Manager 3) removed. It wasn't maximized either.

Anyone know how they did this?i have a script but it doesn't work with FHM.

So it was like this but no top bar.
