Can't Fire Coach

I just started a Path to Glory as the Montreal Canadiens as the GM-only.

I went to fire Michel Therrien and the Action Menu is shaded out grey. I cannot fire him.

I can fire assistants, but I can't fire the head coach.

I assume this is an error?

You can't always fire your head coach but normally you should get a message that your teamowner does not feel that there is any reason to release the head coach. We will look into it.
