OHL stuff
 

I've loaded a couple of games on Build 56 taking over OHL teams, and have noticed these things (apologies if they've been discussed in a thread I didn't find):

1. Scouts don't seem to do anything. I gave them assignments (including scouting guys on our own team's protected list) and simmed for weeks without getting anything from them. Maybe scouting just isn't in the game yet?

2. Nothing happens in the preseason. No exhibition games, no scrimmages, no camp, no way to evaluate players.

3. The previous manager remains on the payroll and can't be sacked, even though I've been hired.
