Pack opening screen all messed up

I just bought some packs and went to open them, and the opening animation was super messed up. Stuff overlapping, unable to really see what was in the pack. I tried to capture a couple of screenshots while it was happening.

Pack Opening Animation Speed: Very Fast
Delay Prior to Next Card: None
Skip Pack Opening Animation: Checked

Windows 10 64-bit
Intel UHD Graphics 620
1920x1200. Happens whether the window is maximized or not.

After taking down all the details so I wouldn't lose them, I restarted the computer and it worked OK on the next pack.
