Too many failed attempts - account temproraily locked
 

I was wondering how I can get my account unlocked. I know my password but after todays update when I enter it I get this warning.

Can you please unlock the account so I can see how my team is doing?

Hey Church,

When accounts are locked it's mostly due to too many attempts to login with incorrect information. The account will be locked for 24 hours and then automatically unlocked. I don't think there's any way I could get a dev to make that process happen faster regretfully.

Let me know if it's still locked tomorrow though and I'll try to get a dev to look into the account to ensure it's not having issues.

Hey thanks Alex - I am still unable to log into my Perfect team ... I have reset the password successfully from the web site but still no luck.
