Special Rules & Settings: Ratings 20-80 with 20-80 Overall. Scouts on with normal accuracy, full coaches, DH for all leagues. Injury Frequency = Realistic Modern Day.

More Information:
The OOOBL will be a fast paced league, with 7 days per sim, 5 days a week. The league started out as an email based league but has quickly become a slack based league. While we have not made slack mandatory, it is strongly encouraged as that has quickly become the main mode of communication between league members when it comes to announcements and trade discussions.

#2 how does it work without forums? i am used to leagues where you post atleast the trades on the forums

Just a simple email to the ooobleague@gmail.com email address, copying the other party in the trade.

We have not discussed using any sort of instant messaging system at this time. Both commissioners have been in a league for the last several months that have used emails as the main mode of communications and found it to work pretty well. I have never been one to want to force people to download any sort of program for communication. I've used hangouts in the past.

I have always been partial to Aim as a chat room for OOTP leagues, but in the past few months they all seem to be switching to SLACK. And I have to agree it is much better. AIM was crashing on me quite often,
