Real seasons/Real Transactions?

If I purchase the entire seasons bundle, can I/will it roll seasons over and players change teams according to history? Is there the option for rookies to appear with correct teams, or only draft? Thanks in advance.

Rookies will appear for the draft but not the teams they played for. The players will not change teams accordingly.
