The AH market, especially for non-Live Diamonds, is essentially non-existent now. While PT19 has been winding down since the introduction of OOTP 20, there has been a significant reduction in activity as we move through the final 90 days.

Since there is nothing to buy, the only alternatives are to end the game with an unused stash of points, or go on an pack buying and opening spree just for fun.

I’ve been holding on to points for now in case something interesting shows up in the AH, but there is really no point- time to start ripping those packs.

For future versions of OOTP PT, this is a good lesson- while the developers announce a specific end date in simulations, the game functionally ends months before that end date.

Buy packs. AH is horrible ever since PT 2.0 started.

Been pulling packs. Actually pulled my 1st perfect. :D Unfortunately I already had Sale. :(

95% of the cards in packs appear to be live cards.

Been loving the game the past few weeks.. actually getting some value for my cards from packs feels nice. Been able to bust open a lot of packs and the perfects / diamonds generally pay for a new pack and/or provide some quality cards. Pretty sad it will be going away soon.

Unfortunately they never really had a good way to sort teams into leagues that made sense (e.g. every year in perfect is 100% RNG how it would go, where it would have been nice if .400 was the worst perfect teams and .440 [or whatever] would be the best ones), but it was still fun while it lasted.

I've been watching the AH for a couple possibilities, but inflation has pushed the prices higher on the players I've been tracking faster than I can accrue points.

I used to want to save up 60k for a Kevin Brown. Now that I have 60k, Brown will cost me more on the order of 75k. Stop moving these goalposts please! :D

I agree. It was so bad that I ended up opening over 100 packs. No player from packs made it to my 25 man roster except a duplicate Sale. :(

I have been tinkering with my team more just cause. Finally feel like I have things perfect. :rolleyes:

I also managed to pull a 100 Babe Ruth which I used to replace my 99 Babe Ruth which I then sold for 500K. Turned around and bought 500 packs with that and have been popping packs none stop since. I think I'm single handily keeping the auction house afloat. :laugh:

I kind of hope they do something cool in the last week of PT 19. Drop pack cost to like 10PP or something. Just let us go nuts since none of it will matter.

I am very happy that Markus extended the cutoff period until May. I was worried it was ending in a couple of weeks. Now we get until May to keep our team. I will miss them. I guess I should say I will miss the competition because we keep our team. Good luck to all who are still playing the next couple of months. May Championships fill the next two months.😁

I hadn't logged in for many weeks and I see I'm sitting on 276k of points......I suppose I could open 276 packs and see what I get!

I have 800K PP burning a hole in my pocket. Tired of opening packs. Someone post something good to the auction house.
