Need immediate help
 
Hello,

I have sent several emails but haven't received any assistance in obtaining my esellerate license key. I get broken links and no information from anyone, can i please get some help?

I was able to get my keys by going to eSellerate's website. You can ask them and they will email it to you.

Can you share that link. All my support links are dead and when I found my way to Mycommerce which seems to be the dregs of esellerate my email and order number generate;

"We're sorry, we are unable to find an order with the information you provided".

Not good.

I would write a support ticket

through the website here and see what the Development Team says. Their advice is usually quite good, and their ability to solve customer problems is stellar.

Well, I apologize. The email I received on Sept. 15, 2019 says its from esellerate.net, but the actual email originated from digitalriver.com (MyCommerce's owner). So, I went on the MyCommerce website to see what I could find, and tried the same thing I did a few months ago, and it doesn't work now.

I would have to agree that at this point its an issue that OOTP needs to address with MyCommerce. The suggestion of writing a support ticket from OOTP is probably your best bet.
