Bench coach, piggybacking, utility players

Former baseball mogler trying out OOTP for the first time.

First. I'm loving it

Second. A few things would make me love it more.

1) The bench coach. I play all my games. I like the different defensive alignments (though who knows if they do anything or are just for show). But I don't want to have to remember them all for every player (shifts for example). But giving my bench coach total control doesn't always work out either (infield in). What I'd like is for the bench coach to make a suggestion. Now, a pop up or something would be super annoying. But the bench coaches suggestion could just be highlighted and the user could chose whether or not to select that option.

2) Piggybacking. Basically using two starters on tandem. I use this strategy to great success, but I have to manage every game to get the players used correctly. It'd be great if I could get the game to use starters for a certain number of batters, and then specify a reliever for a certain number as well

3) I really like the ability for a player to learn a defensive position in the minors. But getting a player to play multiple positions requires a level of micromanaging I'd rather avoid. I mean, setting up all four lineups is a pain. And a starter at one position can't be set up to occasionally start at another position (my 2B man can't start once a week in CF. Only if I get lucky with the DH or opposing pitcher handedness. What would be useful is the ability to tell minor league coaches to start a player 50% of the time in CF and 25% in LF and 25% in RF, or, whatever.

Anyway, just some things I've thought while playing this game over the last few months
