Download Limit Has Been Reached?
 

Hey so I just got a new MacBook and have been wanting to play FHM5 on the go on it. I already have the game installed onto my desktop PC, but I was sure that you were allowed to download the game on all of your devices, no? It doesn't let me use my license again. It says download limit has been reached on ESellerate. What gives? Pretty disappointing.

You should have 2 licenses. Have you installed FHM on a different device? If so you will need to unlicense it and relicense it on the new Mac.
If you have not installed it on a second computer there is a glitch in the matrix and I would start with OOTP support.
I have licensed and unlicensed OOTP many times over the years.

Yeah so I unlicensed it from my main PC and then went to license it again from my Mac and got the same issue. Now it won't let me put it back on my main PC either. So now I can't play my favorite game whatsoever. Nice. Can anybody help me please?

I suggest you do a couple of things:

1. Go to https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...erating-system and see if that helps.

2. Get a support ticket going.

There is nothing more frustrating than the licensing issues for any software, not just games.

Did you download the Esellerate version or the FastSpring version? The Esellerate version is only available posted at the top of this forum.
