Should this be an .rar file instead of a .exe file. Windows doesn't like the .exe file, says it is dangerous.

cheech posted a newer version on the ActionPC forums. But you'll need to change the extension to "rar" after you download it and before you unzip it.

Hopefully, cheech will continue to post updates here. :)
