OOTP Developments Forums - Championship Baseball League looking to fill our waiting list

The Championship Baseball League (CBA) is an online OOTP league taking bits of inspiration here and there from European soccer. We pride ourselves on being one of the more innovative and outside the box leagues out there.

We're a fictional, 30 team league. The teams are broken down into 3 tiers of 10 teams, the Premier League, Silver League, and Bronze League. The top two teams in the Silver and Bronze leagues move up at the end of the year, and the two worst teams in the Premier and Silver leagues move down. On top of the tournament to decide the ultimate CBA champion, there's also a separate Euro League style championship that pulls in teams from all three leagues to compete against each other. It's a fun way to see how your team stacks up against teams in other leagues.

Each team also has a real-life company sponsoring them, which adds to the fun. These sponsors provide boosts, either in player development, financially, and more.

We've also got a fully functional feeder system with high schools and real NCAA and NJCAA colleges. Due to our Youth Academy system, guys as young as 15 can enter the draft and play in your system immediately.

We do live sims every M-F at 8PM EST. We have a pretty strict slack activity policy, and have a system set up so that people who miss sims consistently won't be around very long. That being said, we've got pretty low turnover, but our waiting list is running pretty low. We'd love to invite all of our waiting list members into our slack channel so that they can get to know the people and the teams before joining up.
