I signed more than 50 players
 

Game won't let me continue to the next day. I don't know how to fix it.

Path to Glory or Sandbox?

In theory it should not be possible to sign more then 50 players unless you used Commish mode (in that case you need to use Commish mode to reduce that number again). If you did not use Commish mode it would be great if you could show us a screenshot of your team transactions + the info how many players you have under contract.

Path to Glory

I had 50 of 50 but didn't really pay attention to it until this happened yesterday. I claimed a player off waivers. When I tried to send him to the minors, the game wouldn't let me. I have 51 players under conract now because of the waiver claim that put me over 50.

No commish mode

Ah, sounds like it should have disallowed the waiver claim to begin with, we'll need to fix that. But for now, we may be able to edit the save to fix it for you if you upload it - instructions for doing that are here, or you can put it on a file sharing site like dropbox or filedropper.com and send me the link.

The saved_games folder won't open now because I tried to stupidly open the folder in Adobe and Adobe couldn't open saved_games.DAT files because it is not a supported file type or because the file was damaged.
