"submit offer" grayed out
 

This bug is still in the game (was in FHM2 as well) - trying to sign FA, make him an offer, he says great, submit it. Submit offer is then grayed out and there is no way to give the offer. When I click meet demand again, he says I'm going back on the original offer. I have plenty of room under the cap.

Can someone please solve this extremely frustrating issue?

If you have a save where that's happened, we'd like to have a look at it. When it's an intermittent problem like that, it's tough to track down without an actual example.

I've found the issue - it seems to only happen if a player asks for a NMC and you uncheck the box for the NMC. More specifically, it plays out like this: Player asks for X term and NMC, you click meet demand and the $ is filled in and the NMC box checked. If you then uncheck the NMC box and ask for response, the submit offer button disappears, even if the player says he likes your offer without the NMC.

Should be a simple fix I would think.
