Hover Over Ratings
 

This isn't necessarily a bug but it is something that is in the game that defeats the purpose another other features.

When you hover over a player and their mini profile pops up, there are 4 categories for OFF, DEF, PHY and MEN each with a single number that gives a rough overview of how good a player is in each discipline. Unfortunately, these ratings require no scouting to see and are always accurate towards the players true ability. This means that it is possible to determine inaccuracies by scouting reports in normal ratings through the comparison of their ratings and hover over ratings.

For example, a player with high hover over ratings but low attributes on the actual ratings screen would prove that the scouting report is showing the player as worse than they actually are.

There is an option to disable these pop ups but it is localized only, so online leagues can't forcibly disable these across the league. Unfortunately, being able to see these ratings gives some people who are aware of it an unfair advantage over others.

It would be amazing if there was an option for online leagues to force having this disabled or even removing the attributes from the hover overs completely.
