Ballpark Pictures in Challenge Mode?

Can anybody out there help me with this? When I go to settings in the team menu there is no option for ballparks. This seems to only happen in challenge mode. Is there a work around for this or a way to turn off challenge mode? Thank you in advance for any advice.
