BIG Baseball League - Need 1 GM, had a drop-out due to family reasons
 

Things are going well for us over in the BIG League, we've just expanded. Right now we have a 16 teams, two leagues with two divisions of 4 teams each. We have quite the solid base of GMs but we've unfortunately had someone step down due to family reasons.

A little bit about us:
We're a fictional league starting in 1980, currently in the '83 pre-season. We're using stats/finances appropriate for the time.
We're a democratic league - major decisions are made by a poll/vote of the GMs.
We sim 4 times a week, 7 days a sim on Tu/Th/Sa/Su
We use OOTP:OU (Online Utilities) for the draft and export tracking
Coaches are turned off, scouts are turned on, but all scouts have extremely high abilities.

The Red Sox are first in the league in power rankings right now, and their minor league system is 7th (out of 16 teams)

The Rangers are 8th in the league in power rankings right now, and their minor league system is 11th - a bit more of a rebuilding project!
