New Season Set Up
 

My first season of my Historical League has ended. Two questions:

1. When will I get a chance to hire new coaches, scouts, etc for next season?

2. I assume I will receive the same "new historical players" as the historical team for the upcoming season. Correct? If so, when will these new players appear? .... Perhaps when the first year player draft begins??

I guess it might depend on your setup. Normally, you will keep your scouts, trainers, etc. until you fire them. Again depending on your setup, some of your players will retire at the end of the season and later on you should have a rookie draft.
