I watched the movie "shadow boxers" last night. It was pretty good. It was a movie about female boxers...mainly Lucia Rijker. Michael Bennt's training camp in upstate ny was also featured. James Toney, about 80 pounds ago was there working out...I think it was filmed in mid 90's.

yeah, I recall seeing some of that years ago - a scene with Toney talking/eating as they were having a meal.

* I have the DVD and watch it now and then. She is most likely the best female fighter ever. Ali and Martin are right there.

I agree - she was believable as the villain boxer in "Million Dollar Baby".
