Template name issue...

This bug has existed since OOTP18. I never seem able to explain it correctly, because it's a little long to describe, but it's a problem that needs fixing. Anyway, here goes:

When you save a league template, the game saves only one copy of each name, both first and last. In other words, in the default database, only dataset 0 can have players with the last name of Smith or players with the first name of James. Any appearances in other namesets are not saved.

As an example, when you make an Australian league from a template, using the default database, there is a very limited amount of names for the game to choose from when making Australian players. (Not counting the Aussies assigned Chinese names.) Only ten first names are used, which are the ten that have no prior duplicates. Only about one of every eight last names are used from Australia's nameset as well.

Attached in the .zip is an export of all the Australian players in a 16-team Aussie league, where you'll notice that every non-Chinese Aussie is either a Baden, Domenic, Jai, Randolph, Rex, Seb, Tye, Vaughan, Willem, or Zachariah. Let me know if you'd want the league files instead...but I figured this would be easier to work with and show what's wrong.

I will note that re-importing the database in a template-based league allows the full complement of names, but I shouldn't need that workaround, especially since it takes a long time (at least for me) to re-import the default database.

Templates never used to have this problem, but they've done so in the last three versions. Hopefully, this is the year that problem gets fixed. Please let me know what other info you need about this.

I've seen a couple other folks mention something similar as well in the past. Never explained as clearly as this though, so thanks for that!

I'll log this in our tracking system and we'll take a look at it.
