Player Histories/Retirement/Restoring Backup
 

Hi all,

I have a 16-team league with one other human (co-commish) in OOTP13, and we basically just send the league file back to each other after we have played our game.

After the conclusion of the season (in August), I took the responsibility of advancing the league through the offseason and into preseason (February). But somewhere along the line (possibly January 1?), all the player histories on my end were lost for players that are retired. I would like to keep those histories, and the most recent file the co-commish has on his end (December) still has everything intact. So, I have tried restoring from a pre-January backup and then downloading his December file, but it still doesn't fix the missing histories on my end.

What am I doing wrong? Why can't I get it to show exactly what it shows on his end? And why would the histories disappear to begin with?
