How to FTP Files to Us
 

In some cases, when trying to fix or identify bugs, we may need you to FTP your league files to us. Here's how to do it!

Note: This assumes you have some familiarity with FTP.

IP Address: ftp.sigames.com
Username: ftp-public
Password: public
Folder: ootp/game-save

You can FTP your files to us using your handy web browser, or any FTP client such as SmartFTP or FileZilla.

When using Internet Explorer, just navigate to ftp://ftp.sigames.com, and press Enter. Then enter the user name and password specified above, and go into the ootp/game-save folder. Copy and paste your files there.

When we need information from you, we usually need all of the files in your saved game directory that end with .dat. (coaches.dat, players.dat, etc.). Please zip all of the files up, and name the zip file with your forum user name; for example, battists.zip.
