Looking for full play home games league

Many moons ago, oh, 13 years or so, I was in a play by mail Strat-o-matic league.

Personaly I love reading over stats and boxscores, but simming when going against others kind of sucks. Aren't there any dedicated people that want to play their home games for the season? I want more than an eight team league like another guy here suggested.

Does such a league exist?

An attempt was made at this type of league, but fizzled out before it got started.

:)

Thanks for putting that link to my earlier topic.

If a handful more people are interested and there really isn't any other "play" league out there, I might be convinced to get a small one going.

Go for it guys, this is the kind of thing that we need to get going. Other games use it very successfully.

Thanks for the encouragement.
Very strange that people don't play more this way. I'm the programmer (or rather ex-programmer) of a computer hockey game called Faceoff and I had a similar sort of system (commisionner merges) in my game and we had about 40-50 play-home-games leagues with about 1000 active players and _no_ sim-only leagues at all. I don't quite get why sim only is so popular in baseball.
